Pricing for Estoppels:

  • Standard Estoppel = $299.00
  • Rush fee for Estoppel to be received in three business days is an additional $119.00

Pricing for Questionnaires:

    • Custom Questionnaire = $325.00
    • Rush fee for Custom Questionnaire to be received in three business days is an additional $119.00

Custom questionnaires can either be uploaded onto the jeafinancialgroup.condocerts.com/resale platform or can be chosen from the lender library.
