Effective 08/09/2022, estoppel fee is $299.00. Turnaround time for completion of estoppel is within ten (10) business days. Rush fee is an additional $119.00 with three (3) business days turnaround. There will be no additional fee to update an estoppel if requested within 35 days.

QUESTIONNAIRE FORMS:
Fee to complete a custom condo questionnaire form is $325.00; turnaround time for completion of questionnaire is within ten (10) business days. Rush fee is an additional $119.00 with three (3) business days turnaround.
