Good customer service is the lifeline of any business but what does good customer service actually mean?

To some, it means overall pleasantness and politeness. To others it means simply solving problems and providing solutions. Others may define it as a company willing to do anything and everything (the customer is always right approach) no matter how unreasonable.

Good customer service is not always about quick service, but helpful service. It’s about taking care of the customer the best way you possibly can while staying in the company guidelines.

There really is no right or wrong answer. The ultimate goal is leaving the customer satisfied.
